Heartspace Yoga was founded by Linz, a dedicated yoga enthusiast, teacher and passionate advocate for holistic well-being. Combining years of personal practice and professional teaching, Linz created Heartspace Yoga as a space where the transformative power of yoga can be shared with the local community.

Amanda – Studio Manager and Yoga Teacher

Amanda is the heart of our studio operations and a highly experienced yoga teacher. With her deep knowledge, calm presence, and organisational expertise, Amanda ensures that every detail of your experience at Heartspace Yoga is seamless.
